BumbleBee's Tail Panel Repair After some thought I decide to replace the whole lower rear valance with a patch instead of replacing the whole tail panel. All the rusted / rotted metal has been removed and new sheet metal welded in. It's almost done. I just need to fit the valance patch panel.
BumbleBee's Tail Panel Repair This is the driver's side rear and it was swiss cheese with rust. I made some patches and welded them in. They were painted with weld thru primer before welding. Then painted with primer after welding to prevent rusting again.

BumbleBee's Tail Panel Repair The previous owner must have hit something because this is a Junk yard tail light and you can see the dents in the trim panel. The tail light is marked with a "K" and that is how Kleenman's junk yard marks there parts.
