Wheel Well Flange Repair

Outer Wheel Well Repair Test fitting and clamping the wheel well flange into place.

This in the outer wheel well area connected to the rocker panel. The wheel well flange was rotted and so was this lower corner. This WAS a BIG hole!!!

This shot shows the flange welded into place. I don't have the picture but, I put the quarter panel on with clamps, then pulled the wheel well into position, and tack welded the wheel well flange into position.

This looking into the door jamb area. The aligment hole was a little off to make the new wheel well line up with the quarter panel skin.
