Driver's Side Quarter Panel Progress This is the end of the rocker panel. There was not much left to copy so this is what I made.

This is the under side of the rocker panel patch. I receated the flange and plug welded to the inner rocker panel flange. The weld is needs some all-metal to smooth it out.

This is a shot with the door closed. It shows the door gap and some of the inner brace. Again not a lot was left to copy so I did the best that I could.

I cut this hole in the floor to access the body mount. The cage holding the nut broke when trying to remove the bolt. So I cut this hole and welded the nut to the inner floor brace.

Driver's Side Quarter Panel Progress A quick test fit of the quarter panel, wheel well, and trunk extension. Not so bad for an electronics guy!!!

This gap was about the same as the original. The original wheel well had a huge glob of seam sealer here. I will most likely do the same.

Not having much to go on to make the patch. I didn't bend a tab to weld the wheel well to and close this gap. It's an easy Fix :-).

This body line matches up pretty well. Once the new quarter panel is completely installed it should line up better.
